Is that magic? 

And if not, energy is magic?

In real life, energy therapies (whatever they may be) can give this impression through their results or the awareness they generate. But, in reality, it is above all a reality that everyone can use!

We are only energy! 

To sum up very briefly and to get to the point, all our cells are made of molecules that are themselves composed of atoms, and all atoms are composed of energy...

These are scientific facts, no magic in there. 

On the other hand, living alongside energy on a daily basis brings you to another reality in life, where magic works... it knocks at the door, and you decide whether or not to open it to it.
